autoemx.core.composition_analysis.ledger module
Sample ledger module of the composition analyzer.
Reads and writes the sample ledger (ledger.json) of the analyzer: ledger path and files, spectrum entries, particles,
quantification runs and clustering analyses. Like the other modules of the analyzer, its methods take the analyzer as
first argument and are called as LedgerModule._method(analyzer, ...).
